DEAR IMAGE is a research project questioning the meaning, effects and value of the personal photograph. Snapshots, often posed, to commemorate an event, a feeling or a moment, will with time alter meaning. Depending on the development of our relationship.

Dear Image was an online conversation and collaboration with Iben La Cour. We created an open call to discuss and invite people to share their dearest image with us online and to open up a conversation around the meaning of the vernacular image and how its seen and used online.
